Terms: $5,000.00 certified/cashier check made payable to the Buyer (non-refundable deposit) required on the day of the auction. Successful buyer will be required to enter into a purchase agreement at the auction site immediately following the final bid on real estate. Taxes will be prorated to day of closing. Your bidding is not conditional upon financing, so be sure to have arranged financing and are capable of paying cash at closing. Announcements made day of auction take precedence over printed material. Auctioneer and real estate company are working for the seller only. All decisions of the auctioneer are final.

8% Buyers Premium to be added to final bid to establish the purchase price.
3% co-op to any Ohio licensed real estate agent registered on auction company forms faxed to Auction Company 48 hours prior to auction (10 a.m., November 15) to be honored.
